Eng. Satish joined Tamcon Company in 2022. He is the Technical Director of Tamcon. Over 27 years of Techno Commercial experience in managing overall construction projects encompassing planning, monitoring phases of project lifecycle, overall inter-discipline co-ordination, administration, and resource planning.

A strategic planner with expertise in planning and executing construction projects with a flair for adopting modern construction methodologies; complying with quality standards.

Holds the distinction of executing numerous construction projects including Mass Housing, Primary & Secondary Infra Structure Works, high rise Towers, multi storied buildings both residential, commercial – 5-star hotels with high end finishes, Sewerage Schemes with Pumping Stations, 120 & 66 KV Substations, Industrial Buildings, Mass Housing Schemes, Water Transmission Networks etc. within a strict time schedule and Stringent Cost Budget & Quality Control.

Excellent relationship management, analytical and negotiation skills with deftness in swiftly ramping up projects in co-ordination with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.
