Gym & Coffee Shop Project is located at Adliya. This is a three storey building consists a coffee shop, gym, spa & restaurant.

Description       

This contract scope of work covers substructure works, superstructure works, MEP Works (provisions only)

• The substructure works including excavation, dewatering, filling, Reinforced concrete for isolated footing, strap beams, lift walls, ground beams and ground slabs and waterproofing of the foundations.
• The Superstructure works including the Concrete frame structure and block works for the Ground, first, second and roof floor with roof water proofing works, provisions for MEP services, construction of swimming pool structure, external and internal plastering and aluminium windows and glazing.
