Proposed Tameer Commercial District Building No. 03 Project is located at Al Estiqlal Highway. The works comprise the construction works for the 09 story building including the basement as car park floor and recreation at 07^th Floor with associated Electro-Mechanical works and external services on plot no. 09063135 with total area of 616 sqm.

This contract scope of work covers substructure works, superstructure works, MEP Works and external associated services and car parks works.
