Jointly developed by Al Khaleej Development Company – Tameer and procapital associates BIW Business Park Development Company is located within Bahrain investment Wharf, which is an integrated business and industrial community.

Located in Plot A-02 within the BIW measuring 6008.75 sqm, it will have one Basement and six floors with a total covered area of approx. 23800 sqm. The Business park project is a strategic component of the BIW as it will provide all the office space needs of tenants in the industrial and logistics clusters.

BP project is targeting companies whose office space needs are not being met by the Grade A office space in the central business districts of Bahrain including real estate investment companies , telecommunication companies, financial services, manufacturing offices, call centers and logistics offices.

All infrastructure tapping and facilities will be responsibility of Bahrain Investment wharf.
